How to fix a baling machine that can't secure the straps tightly?

Companies familiar with strapping machines know that the tightening force during strapping is adjustable. However, sometimes, even with the tightening force set to maximum, the straps still won't tighten properly. What causes this, and how can companies solve this problem? Shanghai Youte Automation Packaging will explain how to handle a strapping machine that won't tighten:

1. First, insufficient cooling time. The cooling time of the strapping machine is crucial for the straps to fully bond. Especially with fully automatic strapping machines using pure material straps, more cooling time is needed for proper bonding. Therefore, if the cooling time is insufficient, the strapping machine cannot tighten the straps.

2. The item is too small. Currently, Shanghai Youte's strapping machines can only strap items with a diameter of 8cm. Items smaller than or equal to 8cm will not be properly strapped, or the strapped items will be loose.

3. The item is round. From point two, we know that packing machines have requirements for small products. However, there's another point to note: if the product is round, even if the carton is larger than 8cm, it will be impossible to bundle it.

The above points basically cover some common problems with packing machines not being able to bundle tightly. Of these three points, only one can be adjusted on the packing machine; the other two cannot be resolved.
